FlowCushion Return Policy

As we are confident FlowCushion will aid in the discomforts associated with inactivity and prolonged sitting, customers will keep this ergonomic seat cushion for years to come.

Nevertheless, in the event you need to return FlowCushion, we offer a thirty-day return policy for your purchase. Should you wish to return FlowCushion for whatever reason, you may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.   We will refund the price of the FlowCushion to you typically within 5 days of receipt of the device into our office, subject to the terms below;

• FlowCushion must be returned to us in undamaged condition, post-marked 30-days
  from delivery to your shipping point
  
• FlowCushion must be returned in all original packing with everything included
  (AC Adapter, Cigarette lighter adapter, Canvas bag, FLowCushion) 
  
• FlowCushion must be returned in new and/or resalable condition
  
• Customers will be refunded purchase price less the shipping and handling fee
  (Shipping and handling for ground shipments is $9,95)
  
• Charges will not apply to defective product
