FlowCushion Technical Support As with any product with the level of sophistication the Flow Cushion Seating Cushion has, problems can occur. We ask you to follow the steps below before attempting to return your FlowCushion. 1. Please read the Owners Manual. There is a lot of good information here that may solve your problem. 2. If the Flow Cushion is not Operating please plug it into another socket that you know is working (check with a light). Look at the light above the On/Off switch. If the light is not blinking then there is not power coming into the FlowCushion. 3. FlowCusion will automatically turn itself OFF after one hour of use for safety reason. Simply push the On/Off button to start the FlowCushion again. 4. Does the FlowCushion work in the AC power but NOT with the cigarette adapter? Unscrew the top point of the cigarette lighter adapter (the one that goes into the hole) and remove the glass fuse. You should be able to see the filament inside of the fuse. If not, please replace the fuse with a new one (1 amp/250 volt). Tell us the Problem in Email Please 1.
